– Removal of balcony lacework (store, to be reinstalled).

– Removal and disposal of existing balcony deck and timber bearers.

– Installation of new timber bearers, blackbutt decking and handrail.

– Installation of trims and scotia.

– Installation of lacework and new handrail (NB height to be adjusted to comply with Australian relevant standard).

– Sand and oil newly installed deck.
