– Temporary propping of verandah roof.

– Installation of new verandah posts in nominated locations.
– Making good damaged or drummy cement render in nominated locations.
– Removal of paint on brickwork band and window sill using Westox organic D-lam.
– Removal and disposal of existing gable cladding, replacement with new FC board and straps. (subject to findings, once existing cladding has been removed. Possible reduction of $1800.00 if FC boards and straps are not required)
– Preparation and installation of three-coat paint system to nominated locations.
– Supply and Installation of tessellated tiles and slate edging.
