Description:
Structural and remedial building repairs, repeating mortar, heritage repairs
– Use of dust control equipment on power tools and protection of floors and surrounding surfaces during works.
– Helifix CS01 Crack Stitching and reinforcement in nominated locations.
– Making-good crack, drill holes and wall chases in nominated locations.
– Making good damaged or drummy cement render and set coat in nominated locations.
– Survey of wall cavity for intervening services and obstructions.
– Supply and installation of Grade 316 S.s. 220mm Helifix ResiTie remedial wall ties to the Southern and Western external cavity brickwork in nominated areas.
– Installation of ties in accordance with current NCC and SAA Australian Standards requirements.
– Making good holes to match brickwork.
– Preparation of mortar joints to areas outlined in HRD01-09-22.
– Installation of new mortar joints to areas outlined in HRD01-09-22.
