Description:
– Ausgrid installation, hire and removal of tiger tails for overhead power lines as required.
– Scaffold access to work areas.
– Roof space South West gable framing.
– Supply and installation of stainless steel, Helifix ResiTie remedial wall ties in accordance with current NCC and SAA Australian Standards requirements.
– Rebuild part external South West brick façade gable end with matched bricks (includes missing lintel and flashing).
– Supply and installation of Helifix masonry strengthening systems in nominated location.
– Repointing of South West elevation brickwork (Includes 200mm return on South East corner).
