Description:

A repeat Client of ours, Rennos for Results required our services and experience to remedy ongoing structural issues to a beautiful home they were renovating in Erskinville.

  • Helifix HeliBar Crack Stitching and Reinforcement are installed in accordance with our in-house engineered locations to remedy the issues.
  • We allowed for the making of good drill holes, wall chases & mortar joints in nominated locations after the installation of the Helifix Stitching, rectifying the fractures.
  • Works in accordance with Helitec Repair Detail, Manufacturer’s Instructions, NCC, SAA Australian Standards AS4773.1&2-2015.
  • Once the cracking had been addressed, Helitec repointed the mortar joints using prebagged heritage-compatible mortar.
  • Progressive cleaning and removal of spoil and waste during works.
  • Warranty 10 years on materials and works completed for the Cracking.

The budget for this project was less than $2000.00
