Helitec Structural recently installed Italian porcelain, compatible tessellated verandah tiles to a Heritage-listed home in Epping, Sydney

Their initial enquiry briefly described the failed verandah tiles and that the home had heritage restrictions.
Helitec Structural quickly inspected the property and proceeded with the procurement of a compatible tile, council approval and a fixed lump sup quote for the restoration work.

This quote was accepted within minutes and Helitec quickly scheduled the project and secured 22m2 of tessellated tiles.

The work consisted of the safe removal of the existing verandah tiles and slab, the Preparation and installation of a new R.C. slab, the Preservation of the marble edging and the installation of the tessellated tiles.

Our client was over the moon with the results as were Helitec.
